Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) gets thrown around a lot in conversation. Practically everybody has it; or at least they say they do.
It’s quite humorous to me when someone proclaims they’re OCD. Mostly its something small they’re obsessive about: they organize their DVDs and CDs in alphabetical order; the toilet paper just has to go over instead of under; they like the blue folders to be in front of the red folders on their shelves. A lot of marriages seem to fail today. It’s kind of puzzling, actually, because men and women haven’t changed much since the beginning of time. (I can picture a cavewoman nagging a caveman to help clean up or start a fire. But don’t take offense ladies, because at least your gender has evolved since the Stone Age.)
